“ Took my daughter on a Valentines date here and what a lovely experience. It’s definitely on the smaller side as far as space but has great esthetic. The food was bursting with flavor! Loved the sauces on everything. Tapas style. Service was wonderful and the owner who I think was hosting at the door was wonderful, asked us about our experience afterwards. I will always live for Mezcal old fashioned and their cocktails were delicious too! Parking was easily available in front. ”
“ Glad we stopped here to try it out. For drinks my girl had A La Pina and I got Al Chulo, and both were great. We tried A La Poblana, Al Elotito, and Al Chilango. We loved all of it! And for dessert we had coffee and tiramisu. Highly recommend Altiro, the food is great, service was fast and friendly and the ambience is chill. ”
“ First time visiting and everything was so good! Location is in a residential neighborhood but it's convenient and parking is available. The overall ambience is modern Mexican with a twist. It's a tapas style with small bites to share. The margaritas were freshly made and you can taste the difference with the ingredients. The tacos were so good, the carnitas steak and shrimp! Will definitely be back! ”
“ Loved the food and the atmosphere! Server was very nice and helpful. Only issue was the smoke in the seating we had. Other than that, amazing restaurant and we'll definitely be back! ”
“ Pablano soup is a must. Great happy hour specials. Daily specials. Suggest Thursday when they have their tapas special. Update: still amazing came in for lunch. The al trio tapas were amazing. The three salsas are all great. The habanero has the perfect of heat. The medium has a nice smoke to it but not to much. The avocado one is great. ”
“ Delicious food! The atmosphere is intimate and set in, what looks like, a house. It's a small space but perfect for a date night or dinner with friends/family. The tacos are amazing! As is the guacamole and potatoes. Everything I had was 10/10. The drinks are incredible too. Highly recommend coming if you're in the area. The flavors and dishes are unique and not like anything you'll get anywhere else. The chef does an amazing job. ”
“ Updated: This was our second visit and we will definitely keep coming back to try more menu items. The service was outstanding as before. The staff was very friendly and the food was both incredibly tasty and well presented. Two plates are more than enough for two people but we went for three again and were stuffed. The paella is a must have!! ”
“ We went to celebrate a birthday and had an outstanding lunch. Interestingly there was no crowd so we got complete attention. We started with drinks and the Al chulo cocktail was fantastic. We also tried the regular margarita, Al pepino and one other drink. All very good. See pictures. Tuna ceviche was fresh and yummy as an appetizer. For main entrees the veggie tacos, fish tacos and lamb tostadas were amazing. The best of them all was the seafood paella. Coming back again for sure. Roughly 40-50 per person depending on drinks ordered, so it ain’t cheap. Definitely worth every penny. ”
